IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00). If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable rules, conducted in New York, New York. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Disputes arising under a signed client agreement are resolved as that agreement provides.
